Garrett Alberson seventh in DIRTcar Nationals finale with World of Outlaws

Skipping the first two nights of the DIRTcar Nationals, Garrett Alberson unloaded on Wednesday afternoon at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.).

Finishing fifth in a split-field feature to kick off the week, Alberson then earned a 14th-place finish in the World of Outlaws opener before missing the Friday show. Garrett saved his best run for the $20,000-to-win finale and finished seventh on Saturday.
