Early exit in MARS doubleheader at Peoria Speedway

Garrett Alberson was one of 33 MARS Racing Series entries on hand at Peoria Speedway (Peoria, Ill.) on Friday evening for Steve Lance Sr. Night. After topping the speed carts in his time trial group, Alberson was an early retiree from his heat race on the fifth lap. He was forced to scratch from the remainder of the weekend.
