Garrett Alberson kicks off Lucas Oil season at Golden Isles Speedway
Planning another year on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Garrett Alberson and the Roberts Motorsports team kicked off their 2025 season at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Ga.) on Friday evening for the Superbowl of Racing.
Starting eighth in the $12,000-to-win opener, Alberson recorded a Top-10 outing in ninth.
Inclement weather and an unfavorable forecast forced track and series officials to cancel the final two rounds of the Super Bowl of Racing on Saturday and Sunday.
