Ninth-place showing in Illini 100 finale with World of Outlaws

Midwest bound for the Illini 100 weekend, Garrett Alberson unloaded his Done Right TV No. 58 Longhorn at Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway on Friday afternoon to compete with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.

With just over 40 Late Models in the pit area, Alberson recorded a 13th-place outing in the $12,000-to-win opener before grabbing a Top-10 finish on Saturday. Alberson started from the fifth-row in the $20,000-to-win finale and drove to a ninth-place finish.
