Alberson rounds out Top-10 in Jackson 100; fifth-place finish in Lucas Dirt opener at Brownstown
Checking in for both the C.J. Rayburn Memorial on Friday night and the Jackson 100 on Saturday evening, Garrett Alberson joined a field of 48 Super Late Models at Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Alberson kicked off the doubleheader by finishing runner-up in his heat race and starting seventh in the feature event. Garrett made up two spots and finished fifth in the $10,000-to-win opener. On Saturday, Garrett grabbed the final A-Main transfer spot in his heat race and later finished 10th in the 100-lap finale.
