Eighth-place run for Alberson in Lucas Oil stop at Georgetown Speedway
For a three-race swing through the Northeast, Garrett Alberson followed the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series to Georgetown (Del.) Speedway on Friday afternoon before wrapping up the weekend at Hagerstown (Md.) Speedway on Sunday.
Saturday's show at BAPS Motor Speedway (York Haven, Pa.) was lost to Mother Nature.
Alberson recorded his best run on Friday evening as he picked up a heat race win and started third in the $21,049-to-win feature. Garrett stayed inside the Top-10, but fell back to eighth. Garrett then recorded a 20th-place finish on Sunday.
